Shipping Policy
Orders are packed for the product type, destination, and selected shipping method. SEGUNDO LIMITED may divide mixed fixture orders into separate cartons to protect glass, shades, drivers, and metal finishes.
Shipping charges are shown during checkout before order placement. Delivery times vary by destination, carrier service, customs processing, and project freight requirements. Customers are responsible for accurate address details, local duties, taxes, import charges, and carrier access at the destination.
If a package arrives with visible damage, keep all packing materials and contact support@segundok.com with the order number and photographs of the carton and item.
Returns Policy
Eligible unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery with original packaging, accessories, manuals, and SKU labels intact. Installed, altered, wired, scratched, or incomplete items are not eligible for return.
Custom project quantities, special-order finishes, and products made for a specified installation are final sale unless the item arrives defective or materially different from the product ordered.
To begin a return, email support@segundok.com with the order number, item SKU, reason for return, and clear photographs. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
